Mane and tail floating?

I opened this horse the other day and his mane and tail suddenly detached from him. I have not been able to get them back on. I've tried reloading the image, getting a new image seed, and changing the tack but he's still funky. Any ideas?

You need to delete the improperly fitting mane and tail you have on him to get his proper ones back. Use the tack tab.Need to contact me? Read this first.
