Gender change after deleting foals?

I have a mare I bred a few times that I now want to make a stallion. She's four and has had a couple foals and has an egg or two left. If I delete the foals and the eggs can i I still GM her to become a stallion? Thanks!Post edited by veetiepony1 at 2017-06-15 12:22:57
