What does strict breeding entail?

I just upgraded to premium membership "finally" :))
And I was curious what the difference is between the regular breeding advice and the strict breeding advice? My goal is to just use strict breeding for a bit to cut down my numbers and hopefully improve my herd. Thanks everyone. -
