The frame gene is getting a complete overhaul. Not just will the shape of the markings be fully dynamic and unique to each horse, I am also flat out changing how we handle frame. In the past frame has only burned out other white markings. Now it has its own unique generation and will be creating white markings where you have never seen them appear before. As a whole, your frame horses will be getting white than they have been in the past since frame will now properly add instead of subtracting white from a horse.

I expect this update to be rolled out later this month. It may include a fully dynamic update to tobiano as well, but those changes will not be so drastic.

:D I love this! I usually avoid frame in my lines because of the risk and it didn't seem to add anything to the color but I might have to add some in to my herd with this change. :D

And also super nervous because of my Medicine Hat pinto line. lol

However they may change, I’m going to really enjoy having frame express more and express better.

I'm looking forward to it, I love that frame example, it looks more like what you see in real horses with frame. I will be happy to have tobiano in my lines again.

@paradoxphoenix I can't say about your specific horses now but I believe you will have way more medicine hats to play with in the future.

@Ammit, more medicine hats?! Yay! This is going to be so awesome, Ammit! Even if I loose my current ones, it will be fun to work towards more! I’ve saved pictures of my favorite ones so I have a copy of what they used to look like. :)

Plus all my other frames looking waaaaay more exciting. *happy dance*

I have a autoimmune disorder too and I know how bad a flare up is for me, you do whatever it is that you need to do to be ok! I agree with everyone els in that we are fine here and you should take care of yourself for a awhile, we will still be here for you to spoil later, lol!;)

I'm so sorry that's something you have to deal with! But yes, please don't overextend yourself and make your flare up/ complications worse trying to do stuff here, or something like that! We're just fine, and appreciate the heads up!

I wanted to give an update that I expect this to go out today or tomorrow. Tobiano will NOT be included, as there was extensive delays and I am simply out of time. I have to move onto other projects.
