Getting kicked out of gmt lab

I haven’t gotten kicked out of the game lately but I’m still getting kicked out of the gmt lab regularly.
I’ll be working on a horse and suddenly the screen goes white. When it recovers, I am no longer working on that horse’s page, but I’m at the drop down menu for all of my horses in the GMT lab. If I hit the back button, it just refreshes that same page. I’ve lost the horse I was working on.
I’m using an iPad.I am Fiddler, my pronouns are she/her
