Labeling genetic material
-
I've noticed this many times before, but I keep forgetting to ask about it.
When labeling eggs/straws, the "+" symbol doesn't always stay in the labels.
If I fill out the label before pulling genetic material, the "+" symbol works just fine. However, when I update labels on genetic material I've already stored, the "+" symbol doesn't appear on the saved labels.
Example:
1R15 KIT Starry Night
This mare has 24 eggs labeled "D nd1 S 2DP BI M KP2 2Snow" and 38 eggs labeled "D nd1 S+ 2DP BI M KP2 2Snow"
The first 24(the ones without the "+" symbol) were pulled before her genes were modified, so the label applied to the latter 38 eggs was copied and used to update the labels on the first 24. But, as you can see, the "+" symbol didn't save properly; there's just an extra space where the symbol should be.
This has happened across the board with both mares and studs, and it's always the same: updated labels don't show any "+" symbols.
The update labels box doesn't have any issue with "/" or "*", just "+".
Is this a bug? It's not a major problem, just a minor frustration for my OCD brain...Might be addicted to pixel ponies...
