Creating -Selected breed changes

Since yesterday, while I have been creating horses, the selected breed changes every time. I have to reselect the breed I want or just accept the "random" choice of my breeds.

We did not update that page in any way yesterday and have not for some time. I also can not recreate that behavior. I suspect it might not be on our end.Need to contact me? Read this first.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )

i had that happen to me today. i also deleted my cache for cookies, downloads and cached images and files yesterday. if you have done that, it could remove your setting. mine is working fine now.

I have a new to me laptop with Windows 10 and I am still having the same issue. I use Chrome.

Unfortunately because I can not see the issue or reproduce it in any way and it does not seem to be other accounts I don't know how to help you. Others have solved the issues with cache clears. That is basically the only thing I can offer.
You can always just create horses with your primary breed and then swap them to the breed and BC of your choice after. Sorry I can't be of more help but with such a niche issue, happening to your browser and not the game, I am not sure how too.
