Go to the Control Panel on the horses page, the end tab says Tack. You get more tack options if you upgrade, or buy extra tack packs with IV's

Were you a fan of the old satin gene appearance? You can now add it as a tack item. "Original Satin Shimmer" can now be found in the "Luster Dust 1" tackpack.
