I really like this solution, it is amazing it took so long to come up with it lol! It's perfect in its simplicity, I love that our top horses can still be at the top, but now more people can have…

There is actually pretty good odds at winning at futurities, just don't miss any showing opportunities so foals get the all the points they can. You also don't need to do 50 foals, just do 1…

Wow, that's amazing what you got in just one month! Certainly taking advantage of all resources available, but great to see what can be done

Because her breeder is the stallion owner. Owners can't just breed a heap of foals and give them to someone else to lock when they own the stallion

I do the LBs, at least some of them anyway, I've always bred within Eras so it was an easy transition to chase the Era LBs. I have seasons where I max a heap, and seasons where I don't, and …

I really like this solution, as we still have our eras, just that those with low numbers will combine for awards, I didn't realise you could do it like that. Especially with the Eras and Futuriti…

They don't need to be of breeding age to be on the Futurity boards, but yes they do need to be alive. As said, 12yo is about the cut off as they may pass after 17yo

Really comes down to breeding goals. I mostly breed even generations, so it gives me a baseline to compare to, and improve each generation. So anything that doesn't test superior to that baseline…

@MasterStableMS no the foals don't need to be locked to count for the futurity, just makes it easier as you said

There is always a wide range you can get from even the same parents, some foals will be worse, some better, and some around the same. You wouldn't have got an A paper from a yellow and C though, …
