Can I use someone's buddy chat?

I'm wanting to gift someone some riding horses, but the chat i want to put them in isn't letting me put them up for 0 for that person. Can I borrow someone's chat to give them the horses?

I think you cannot put horses up for 0, the lowest amount that a horse or straw can be sold for is 1. Have you tried that?HJ1 160524
