How do i block a member?

I'm trying to block a member, but every time i refresh my blocked members list, her/his (its?) name doesnt show up, and tells me that i currently have no blocked members. Do admin check for specific reasons for blocking another member or am i missing something simple? I've double checked spelling, etc, so its not a missing due to error.

Gene Guide Update!
The sunshine gene, previously known only from one line of Standardbreds has been discovered in a TWH. The gene guide has been updated with this new information. Sunshine may be much wider spread than originally thought.1/27/2026 3:58 AM EST

Diamond Tokens 10% off!
Barn expansions using DTs are now permanently half the price. Also, you can now reset your horse's "Foals this Season" count to zero using a DT. To celebrate both, DTs are 10% off for the next 10 days.1/4/2026 4:34 PM EST
Golden Tokens have been renamed Diamond Tokens to prevent mixing them up with GMTs. Double boosted over cap horses are now designated as ****Star or ****Gold, again to prevent further member confusion issues I have been seeing.
