Unable To Futurity Lock Foals - Solved

I'm not sure if this is a bug or I have misunderstood eligibility.
I purchased a bunch of straws from this stud and used them with eggs previously collected
GS 1 E19 Oi You Mob
None of the resultant foals are able to be futurity locked. The button is simply unavailable. Here is a list of the impacted foals.

I have had no other issues with locking other futurity foals today.
