Is there information somewhere on breeding the Mini horses?

I can't remember if it was information I read or did I pick it up in the f orum. My exact question is about the height allowed for the minis, but I need more information like how do you breed for shorter horses than the parents? I think I need to know more about Minis.

8.3 hands. The smallest a horse can be is 7 hands.

Golden Tokens have been renamed Diamond Tokens to prevent mixing them up with GMTs. Double boosted over cap horses are now designated as ****Star or ****Gold, again to prevent further member confusion issues I have been seeing.
