  • FYI 99,000 is an outrageously high price. She is worth around 5k or so. :) Very few horses in the game are worth that much.

  • I see that you haven't been playing this game long. Perhaps you are unaware that all those Gold and Star papered ancestors don't guarantee that this filly will be as good a breeder as they were. She probably was spayed because she's not.

In addition, breeding ability and showing ability are not directly linked. Papering is a measure of breeding ability and PT is a measure of showing ability, so we can't consider them as meaning the same thing. Breeding ability will affect the showing ability of a horse's offspring, although there is a fairly wide range of possibilities even so. PT score will have no bearing on how good a horse will be at producing superior foals.

This filly's PT score is 1/10 point higher than her dam's and 2/10 point lower than her sire's, so she's not even a step forward from her parent's showing ability. In this game, 12.5 is a respectable score for horses with a string of Gold and Star ancestors. However, some lines are breeding foals with PT scores above 14 and the highest PT in the game is 15.1. There are five horses that have hit that mark.

By the way, PT score will not predict where a horse will place in its shows. It is a measure of how quickly it will points to its show score. Where she places in her shows will be determined by how her show score compares with the show scores of all the other horses in each of her classes.

In this game, showing horses is where a stable earns most of its money. With a PT score above 12, she will rise up through the showing levels quite quickly, and it will not take a lot of game years for her to settle down showing somewhere in Level 8 and most likely adding a great many showing points to her score with every show. This will add considerably to your daily Showing Bonus. It might be worthwhile to find a corner of your stable to let her grow up in.

However, if you absolutely have no room for her, I would be delighted to add her to my show string for Ammit's suggested price.
