Embryo creation

So, this may be a stupid question but I can't find the answer anywhere.
Can I create embryos from a mare, even if this mare has already been bred this year? -

Golden Tokens have been renamed Diamond Tokens to prevent mixing them up with GMTs. Double boosted over cap horses are now designated as ****Star or ****Gold, again to prevent further member confusion issues I have been seeing.
