I have a project I wanna finish and there’s a massive GMt sale but I have no GMT’s. :((Licensed for Mushroom,Onyx, Watercolor, Ice 13, ice 16, Phantom lace, Phantom Diamond sparkle.

Would buying one of the fantasy genes through GMT give me the license for it, or do I have to have the license to do be able to do it?
