Paypal and updating a new card

I have this problem every time I get a new debit card. I have put my new card on Paypal but I have lost my premium upgrade on here. My monthly payment should have gone out on 25th, but when I logged in yesterday I was back to no upgrade. I went on to Paypal and checked that it has my new card number, I don't know what to do to tell it to pay my monthly subscription. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you.

You have to cancel and make a new one. A subscription is a payment agreement and is tied to a specific card.Need to contact me? Read this first.

Sorry to be a nuisance. I got an e-mail from Paypal acknowledging the change of card but still nothing has been taken. It has the correct card number and says that the next billing will be 25th January which was when it was due. I got the e-mail yesterday and waited until now to check to take account of the time difference (I'm 5 hours ahead of game time).
I'm not sure what I have to cancel. I made sure I cancelled the previous card (it's still the same bank account, just a new card). Am I supposed to cancel my subscription on here and take out a new one? I've never had to do that before. If you need to see the e-mail Ammit I will copy it to you in a private message.
Sorry once again, I'm afraid I'm not very good with modern technology.

I can't do anything with your own personal account. That is secure data like banking information. Sounds like your best bet is to cancel and create a new subscription at this point.

Thanks for your help Ammit. I did as you advised, cancelled my subscription on Paypal and then took out a new one on here. My premium upgrade is back! I'm very happy but the last few days have been stressful. When you've had a premium upgrade for so long you don't realise how much you miss it.Thanked by 1Ammit
