How to paper test stallion?

It's been a while since I have played. Came on today and did some public breeding. I did all testing I saw but there is no option to paper test a stallion. I did comparisons but no paper level shows.
What am I missing? -
Do you have an upgraded membership? If I remember correctly you need to have one to papertest.
