Gold papered 3rd gen mares are likely to be very expensive if anyone is even willing to sell one since they are extremely rare. About the only way to get one is to start with boosted (A/blue foundations). I use mostly exceptional foundations, require A/blue 2nd gens and have only 1 gold mare out of 190 and she had a boosted grandsire.
