Snipped adorable for sale

I used university, this is a clone intended as a gift. Then SBA snipped it, and I can't unsnip because it was bred by the university. Can I clone it maybe?
and are cloned horses so close in statistics that clone of a snipped one would cause the clone you are trying to take from the first, would be snipped too?
I hope I'm making sense.
This is what I want to clone, but only if breedability is not the same as the horse you cloned from

CLones have identical breeding abilities to the horse you cloned. You never bothered to test the original horse.Need to contact me? Read this first.
