Charged Twice for the Starter set?!

    I didn't realized until i got two emails from paypal that my account was charged twice for the starter set of 25kHB, 10 stalls. it's only allowed one account and i didn't received anything for the second payment. I'm quit new to this game and have no idea where to go with this U-U
