Do "personal notes" delete themselves?

    I keep my goals and plans in my personal notes, but when I went to check them today they were gone. the only left in my personal notes is an idea that I'm still debating on, everything else is gone.
    I don't remember deleting anything from there, so I'm wondering what happened.
    If anyone has helpful info it'd be much appreciated.

    I've not heard of that happening before. It is fairly persnickity about needing to be saved regularly, though.
