Can not sell, breed, or buy

As of last night/this morning, I can't breed, sell, or buy horses.
The buttons that should be there for breeding and buying are just gone, but the horses are definitely for sale or stud/brood.
I was able to buy horses earlier today, but after about 1:00pm est I can't any more, like I said the button just vanished. I haven't been able to breed to outside horses since this morning at 12:00pm est, I can still use in-house breeding, but if I try to breed to a outside horse I can't.
And the place on the control panel, where you can put your horse up for sale or stud is gone, and I don't know when that vanished.
What the heck is going on? Anyone else having any of theses problems, or is it just me?

Well you can't breed because breeding isn't open to your account level right now.Need to contact me? Read this first.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )

I don't know if this will help, but I was having the buy/sell issue the other day, and logging out then back in fixed it.
