barn counts

will we have to constantly have to open each barn to set the count right?
i added horses to the show ponies 740 & 741
the count should show as 100, but it shows the barns as overfilled
I currently own all licenses

theoretically only the one time. but when i attempted to add 80 horses to a barn which could only take 50 more, it showed up with all the horses even though the barn was not actually overfilled. but then it changed again to the right numberI am Fiddler, my pronouns are she/her
and my game number is 276934 -
i also added a few horses to a barn to make it 1000, the counter still shows it at 983

I have noticed that the counters don't refresh until you click on the barn/pasture.

You absolutely do not have to click on a barn every time to update it. The counters also update when you add horses in or create a horse. You only have to open then all the first time to set them.

The barns seem to be working now, but the pastures definitely aren't. Could maybe the update for the pasture numbers be rolled back until the bugs are worked out, it's super frustrating when trying to move horses and having to open up the pastures every time to see what is in them. It makes the number count for stallions/mares/foals completely useless as you have to open the pasture to see what is in it anyway.
My pastures all say zero again, but it's easier to leave them that way than for them to have the wrong number on themPost edited by Kintara at 2026-08-03 16:45:02

All foals left in the pasture at the end of the season will now be moved to your primary barn at end of the month rollover. This is to prevent issues with pastures becoming overfilled.
