I know layout changes can cause stress and upset to some folks so I am giving people a heads up now that this is coming.

I willing be working on an update to the pasture page in the next week or two to make it easier to use, require less scrolling, and be more mobile friendly. It will end up looking more like the barn pages but have some additional functionality. It will no longer have the images, genetic papers or pedigree information listed. To see those you will need to open the pasture in the search.

That said I will be allowing some more bulk management options to be used in the pasture.

If you have any suggestions of things you want to see on a pasture page update, or comments about things you really don't want to see feel free to post them. (Before anyone asks no I will not be keeping the old pasture page as an option.)

How would you use the era? Just for organizing the pastures?

If I can figure out how you plan to use the era information it will help me picture how it should be displayed.

I would absolutely love a AFPT testing button. Its quite the job to remove, test, and move back the mares every season :X

I would definitely use era as a way to sort mares in pastures.
I test to keep them organized that way

Not sure how era is related to testing. :)

It sounds like era in search might be enough to do what you need but I will see if it can be fit into the display.

i believe what fiddler is saying is that she can quickly find a certain mare for an outside futurity stallion by seeing the era

for me, a select all button at the bottom of the page would help alot

would it be possible to do a bulk showing for pastures? im fine with opening each page to manually show each pasture

Showing will not be coming to pastures but better selection is coming.

I love that the pasture pages will look and function more like barn pages with this update!

Would it be possible to add bulk embryo implanting on the pasture page?

No. We are thinking about ways we might be able to do bulk embryos but they are going to have to go into a queue system to force them to slow down. If we let people breed 100 foals at once it would crash the servers.
