This page allows you to order a gene for any applicable horse in the game owed by any player. The owner of the horse will receive the gene license for any closed genes. You may modify the genetics of any horse that is unbred, gene tested, foundation and not a clone. To make the horse homozygous for a gene, add strand one to the cart, then return to this page to add strand two.

It is your responsibility to double check that you have selected the right horse, owned by the right player.

Mushroom

Gene Example and Info: This real-life gene is a dilution found in shetland ponies. It causes a reduction in only red pigment while leaving black pigment intact. Requires two copies to show. This gene is closed. You will receive a breeder's license for this gene when you make this purchase. You will not be able to share this gene to unlicensed players.

Powder White

Gene Example and Info: Powder White is located near the KIT gene and produces lacy markings on the spine, legs, and face. It does not interact with sabino, white genes, or impact white lethality levels. It requires one copy to show. Two copies make denser white markings across the back but do not increase the marking size. This gene has no sharing restrictions.

Dun Factor Promoter Two

Gene Example and Info: One copy of DFP2 will promote shoulder barring, while two copies result in extensive dorsal barb primitive markings. Requires the dun gene to show. Interacts boldly with DFP1. This gene is closed. You will receive a breeder's license for this gene when you make this purchase. You will not be able to share this gene to unlicensed players.

Kit Promoter 2

Gene Example and Info: KP2 is found at the same location as KP. It requires one copy of KP2 and one copy of a KIT mutation to activate. It interacts with most markings except appaloosa and roan. Visible markings are required for it to show. If two KIT mutation and KP are present the two genes will strongly react. This gene has no sharing restrictions.

Phantom Shamrock

Gene Example and Info: Phantom Shamrock will add shamrocks to pinto markings. Look for the hidden four-leaf clovers! It requires only one copy to show. Can be hidden by appaloosa markings. Available for purchase in March and October only. This gene is closed. You will receive a breeder's license for this gene when you make this purchase. You will not be able to share this gene to unlicensed players.

Rainbow Riot 2 Toner

Gene Example and Info: Toner is a subtle allele that only shows on diluted pigment. Works best with duns, creams, onyx, pangare +, and other diluted shades. Can add a slight tint on darker horses. Only requires one copy to show. This gene is closed. You will receive a breeder's license for this gene when you make this purchase. You will not be able to share this gene to unlicensed players.
