How to get back on the email list?

Apparently I'm not getting the newsletter anymore, how do I get back on the list?
I went to the email preferences section in the member home tab, but the subscribe button is gray and nothing seems to happen when I click it, no pop-up or confirmation so it doesn't look like it's adding me back. -
I will have Haystack take a look today
