Quality Question

I'm starting to have a few colts like this guy, definitely near cap. Would maxing him get him stronger? Or at this point, would only boosting help? -
If he is exactly at cap, maxing won't get him any higher. Only boosting can push a horse beyond the breeding cap, because maxing can only go as high as what's naturally possible. If he's not quite at cap but close, maxing and then boosting would get him higher than boosting alone, but it would be more costly and I'm not sure it would be easy to tell if it was worth it.Thanked by 1Fiddler

If he passed SBA and has a ***star sire than he is at cap and maxing would be wasted.Need to contact me? Read this first.
