    Chocolate would not affect her color since it dilutes black pigment, and she is red based. Satin would add an extra sheen. I found this horse with the same base color with homozygous satin and chocolate:

    It might be a difference caused by the options on the image generator for gold champagne, and if your horse lost the pink, you might be able to re-seed the image until you got it back. However, if you really love her current appearance, it is best not to mess with her.
