Is that even possible? If so it won't be cheap. Exceptional foundations are B papered, and I don't know if you can boost one enough to get it to A, I don't know anything about boosting. If it is possible, it's expensive. Regardless, you might be better off with a B anyway. Mismatching levels means that fewer foals pass testing

A 5% boost to an exper or expro foundation horse will raise their paper level to the next level. B papered studs become A, red papered mares will turn blue papered.
