Oh she is lovely :X thank you for sharing.
I have never had a sable champagne, what base color does it come from?Post edited by FlyingTurkeyFarm at 2019-05-06 13:43:10 -
I've been snatching up all of the hom and het brown herd helper shares lately trying for a hom ssty brown (no luck) :)) but they're ideal for breeding sables!
It's a champagne with at least one E and either Ata or AtAt! I love their rich color! Your boy is perfect for breeding them since he doesn't have any As that would overrule the At and he's hom E so he'll always pass down a copy needed to activate the brown :DID: 247225

That is awesome. Thanks for the info! I will have to keep that in mind and maybe give breeding sables a try :) I love the shade. I usually prefer the lighter champagnes but the sable is lovely.

Dont miss out on these stallions for your late-season breeding!

Thank you for teaching me about sables, @Peachtree. I tried breeding for one for the first time today and got this lovely filly by Cherry Wine :)

Had to GM her to get the champagne out but it was worth it. I think I am going to pursue breeding sables more in the future! It's a fun little challenge :) I got two het brown riding horse mares on a recent HH, I'll keep an eye out to see if I can get some homs. I also really like the look of the brown/bay horses, especially with sooty, so this is working out all around haha
