This is my first time running into this particular issue. @bluchrystals and my accounts somehow became associated recently and I am looking for someone who could act as a go-between for a sale so blu can pick up these three horses:

@Nikkel, Thank you! I went and combed over the rules again to check and it seems like as long as it's not between two accounts owned by the same person it's okay.
