basic upgrade wanting to buy from free user.

i just have the basic upgrade and i just bought a horse from someone that doesn't have an up grade.How do i go about getting the horse from them? I am trying to get this into my brain that is sometimes hardheaded.I also don't want to cause any more problems.

You will have to arrange with the seller to be on at the same time. Or they can just list it and you can hope you be the one to buy it. It is the sellers responsibility to handle getting the horse too you. :)Need to contact me? Read this first.
