How long does it take for a foal/colt to age?

or just a horse aging in this game. :)

Every 2 months a new game year starts and horses age a year. The next time horses will age up is November 1

That's a good rule of thumb. An enhancement of the general rule is that foals born in the first real-life month of the game year are foals until the second month starts, then they become yearlings. I believe that foals born in the 2nd month of the game year are yearlings at birth.

Golden Tokens have been renamed Diamond Tokens to prevent mixing them up with GMTs. Double boosted over cap horses are now designated as ****Star or ****Gold, again to prevent further member confusion issues I have been seeing.
