So then why are they papering at a higher level? I'm glad to hear that because it makes my life a lot easier, but it's just confusing.

I'd always thought that Yellow was the paper for perfect foundation mares and normal create mares, but I've got a LOT that have papered Red. And while I assume they're low-level Red, isn't Red supposed to be on par with B papered stallions?

Just as a note, this is with the new papering, not the old papering system. Under the old papering system I know the mares were judged based on foal quality, but my understanding is that now it's entirely based on their own quality. So shouldn't this mean that these mares are better than foundation level, which is Yellow papered? Again, just trying to make sure I understand everything because these new papers are confusing me lol.
